How can I return my garment?

We will ask for garments to be returned on the last day of term and a reminder will be sent. We are keeping our options open regarding the best way to do this, but we intend for returns to be free and to cause minimal inconvenience to all involved i.e. families and school staff.

You can return the jumper / cardigan in any condition. Wear and tear is expected!

How will my deposit be returned to me?

After we receive your returned garment a refund will be made via the original payment method.

What happens to the jumper / cardigan when it has been returned?

We will assess the condition of returned items to determine the most appropriate course of action, however we expect most garments to be in good enough condition to donate to charities such as www.uniform-exchange.org

In cases where the garment is unsalvageable (and we’ve all been there!) we will ensure the item is recycled in an appropriate manner.
