Garments will be manufactured in Cotton or Polycotton and be fully compliant with the school uniform
policy. They will be hardwearing and suitable for every day use.

We hope to have this option in future, but for the purposes of the trial there will be no logos.

Logos make garments up to 40% more expensive, and also make it more challenging for companies
like ours to give garments a second life or to recycle them.

*Sweaters and cardigans without logos are permitted within the school uniform policy and, more
generally, there have been recent Government consultations with School leaders to make this
option more widespread.

Garments will be available for collection on the St. Mark's school grounds on the morning of Monday 8 Jan 2024.

We hope to offer different size variants at the start of the trial.
Unfortunately, we will not be to do swaps during the trial or offer returns until the end of the trail.

We will ask for garments to be returned on the last day of term and a reminder will be sent. We are
keeping our options open regarding the best way to do this, but we intend for returns to be free and
to cause minimal inconvenience to all involved i.e. families and school staff.

After we receive your returned garment a refund will be made via the original payment method.

We will assess the condition of returned items to determine the most appropriate course of action,
however we expect most garments to be in good enough condition to donate to charities such as
www.uniform-exchange.org

In cases where the garment is unsalvageable (and we’ve all been there!) we will ensure the item is
recycled in an appropriate manner.

No problem! Wear and tear is expected. We'll gladly receive the item and will refund your deposit regardless of the item's condition.
